- One-on-One Coaching: Before the first session is completed
1.2 Usage Limitations
To be eligible for a refund, you must not have:
- Completed more than 25% of the course content
- Downloaded more than 25% of available course materials
- Received a completion certificate
- Attended live sessions (for courses that include them)
- Submitted final projects or assessments
Important: Once you have completed more than 25% of a course or downloaded substantial materials, you will not be eligible for a refund. Please carefully consider your purchase before proceeding with course materials.

3. Non-Refundable Items and Services

- E-books or guides that have been downloaded

- Bundled packages where individual components have been accessed
- Lifetime access memberships after the initial refund period

- Software subscriptions or licenses (e.g., Canva Pro, Figma) facilitated through our platform but provided by third parties
- Third-party tools or resources purchased through our recommendations
4. Special Circumstances
4.1 Technical Issues
If you experience technical difficulties that prevent you from accessing course content, please contact our support team immediately. We will work to resolve the issue promptly. Refunds due to technical issues will be considered on a case-by-case basis and may be granted if:
- The issue cannot be resolved within a reasonable timeframe
- The technical problem is on our end and affects your ability to access the course
- You have cooperated with our support team in attempting to resolve the issue
4.2 Medical or Personal Emergencies
We understand that unexpected life events can interfere with your ability to complete a course. In cases of serious illness, family emergencies, or other extenuating circumstances, please contact us to discuss your options. We may offer:
- Extended access to course materials
- Transfer to a future course session
- Account credit for future purchases
- Partial or full refund based on individual circumstances

4.3 Course Cancellation by Skolivra Institute
If we cancel a course or service that you have purchased, you will receive a full refund. You will also have the option to:
- Transfer your enrollment to an alternative course of equal or lesser value
- Receive account credit for the full amount to use on future purchases
- Receive a full refund to your original payment method
5. Subscription Services
5.1 Monthly Subscriptions
For monthly subscription services:
- You may cancel at any time before the next billing cycle
- Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period
- No refunds are provided for partial months of service
- You retain access to subscription benefits until the end of the paid period
- Refunds for the current month may be considered within the first 7 days of a new subscription

7. Account Credit
As an alternative to monetary refunds, we may offer account credit in certain situations:

- Account credits are valid for 12 months from the date of issuance
- Credits can be used toward any future purchase on our platform
- Credits are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash
- Unused credits expire after the validity period and cannot be extended
- Credits may be combined with promotional offers unless otherwise stated
7.2 When Credit May Be Offered
- When you're outside the standard refund window but have extenuating circumstances
- When you want to exchange one course for another
- When technical issues have affected your experience but were eventually resolved
- As goodwill compensation for service interruptions or quality concerns
8. Dispute Resolution
8.1 Chargeback Policy
Important: Filing a chargeback or payment dispute before contacting us may result in immediate suspension of your account and denial of future service access.
If you have concerns about a charge:

9. Refund Processing
9.1 Processing Time
Once a refund is approved:

- Depending on your financial institution, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account
- You will receive an email confirmation when the refund has been processed
9.2 Refund Methods
- Credit/Debit Cards: Refunded to the original card used for purchase
- PayPal: Refunded to the PayPal account used for payment
- Other Payment Methods: Refunded according to the payment processor's policies
9.3 International Transactions

10. Course Access After Refund
