Any certificates or credentials provided upon completion of our courses are for personal development and informational purposes only.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR OUR SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US, IF ANY, IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO LIABILITY, OR ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Skolivra Institute, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:

12. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or our Services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the Commercial Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration shall take place in Independence, Missouri, or another mutually agreed upon location.

12.3 Class Action Waiver

You agree that any arbitration or proceeding shall be limited to the dispute between you and Skolivra Institute individually. You agree to waive any right to have any dispute brought, heard, or arbitrated as a class action or in any other representative capacity.

12.4 Exceptions

Notwithstanding the arbitration agreement, either party may bring a lawsuit in court for injunctive or other equitable relief regarding intellectual property rights or to enforce the arbitration agreement.

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance of our obligations under these Terms due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, civil unrest, labor disputes, or failures of telecommunications or internet services.

15.6 Relationship of Parties

Nothing in these Terms creates any partnership, joint venture, agency, franchise, sales representative, or employment relationship between you and Skolivra Institute.
